From our shiny new Rally Help Center to Observer Room magic tricks, we've got a wave of new enhancements to make your support and outreach experience as breezy as a day at the beach. Sorry (not sorry) for the summer puns.
Here's what's new:
New updates for Rally Support!
Meet our new Rally Help Center! Now you can access support articles directly from your workspace, chat with our AI sidekick, Fin, for lightning-fast answers, and even report issues or suggest features without breaking a sweat.
Observer Rooms on standby 🫡
You can now add an Observer Room to any interview in Rally - even after they have been booked. Enable Observer Rooms in the study, allowing you to:
👉Add Observer Rooms to manually scheduled interviews.
👉Add Observer Rooms to interviews that have already been booked.
👉Send the Notetaker Bot to any scheduled interview.

An update on our ongoing Accessibility Initiative
We strive to provide an inclusive and seamless experience for everyone, regardless of their abilities. This month, we made improvements to the participant experience, enabling you to make your research more inclusive and accessible.
Participants can now:
- Navigate and perform actions on the page using keyboard keys.
- Utilize screen readers to access and understand page content.
- Experience more descriptive and informative alternative text for clickable elements.
- Receive auditory feedback for key actions and alerts.
- Complete forms easily with enhanced labeling and clear instructions.
This is part of a larger project to ensure that your User Research studies are accessible to all. We are dedicated to:
- Providing equal access to all our digital products and services.
- Ensuring that our CRM meets and exceeds accessibility standards.
- Continuously improving the usability and accessibility of our product.

New interview cancellation email template
This automated email gets sent to participants when an interview gets canceled (either by the host or by the participant).
- Instead of being redirected to a loading page while a participant waits for their interview to be confirmed, they now remain on the booking page while the interview gets booked. One last step! If the booking is successful, the participant will receive the confirmation via email as normal.
- If emails fail to send to participants, participant statuses will not update. This way, you can easily tell who has been contacted.
- We improved the contrast of specific brand colors in the calendar view when participants book interviews.
- Participants can now only submit 1 screener response for each study. When they click on the screener link a second time, they will be directed to the screener ‘end’ page.
