Rally may collect the following data:

- Projects and items you are interested in.
- Information collected from you interacting with our website, our platform, our customer’s website, or communicated voluntarily by you via email or phone call

Rally collects your data so that we can:
- Process your instructions and manage your account

Rally securely stores your data in Heroku's US Region, using commercially reasonable security practices.
Rally is primarily a Processor of information. You have the ability to access and modify your data when it is on our platform by communicating with your employer.
Marketing
Rally would like to send you information about products and services of ours that we think you might like.
If you have agreed to receive marketing, you may always opt out at a later date.
You have the right at any time to stop Rally from contacting you for marketing purposes or giving your data to other members of the Rally Group.
If you no longer wish to be contacted for marketing purposes, unsubscribe via links in marketing content or send an email privacy@rallyuxr.com to unsubscribe.
What are your data protection rights?
Rally would like to make sure you are fully aware of all of your data protection rights. Every user is entitled to the following:
The right to access – You have the right to request Rally for copies of your personal data. We may charge you a small fee for this service to cover the costs of retrieval.
The right to rectification – You have the right to request that Rally correct any information you believe is inaccurate. You also have the right to request Rally to complete the information you believe is incomplete.
The right to erasure – You have the right to request that Rally erase your personal data, under certain conditions.
The right to restrict processing – You have the right to request that Rally restrict the processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.
The right to object to processing – You have the right to object to Rally’s processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.
The right to data portability – You have the right to request that Rally transfer the data that we have collected to another organization, or directly to you, under certain conditions.
If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you. If you would like to exercise any of these rights, please contact us at our email (privacy@rallyuxr.com) subject line of “GDPR Request”. Emails with any other subject line cannot be guaranteed to be responded to within the same timeframe.
EU Representative
If you are an individual in the EU, you can also contact Jack Baylor, who is based in the Republic of Ireland and has been appointed as Rally’s representative in the EU pursuant to Article 27 of the GDPR on matters related to the processing of personal data activities that take place in the EU.
