How Included Health is using Rally's MCP to run more research, faster

From the Rally interface to the MCP
Senior Staff Researcher Mahad Bullo now runs almost his entire research operation through the MCP. He cannot remember the last time he opened the Rally interface. Studies get built, participants get recruited, and research gets managed, all through Claude.
The first thing Mahad tested was building a full study from a research plan. He went back into Rally afterward to verify it had captured everything correctly and it had. That was enough to convince him the Rally MCP was ready to become his default.
Connecting the stack
What happened next reflects how Mahad thinks about research infrastructure. Rather than stopping at study creation, he chained Rally's MCP to Sprig's, and built a skill so that creating a Rally study automatically creates the matching in-product prompt. A step his team used to remember manually on every single study now just happens.
The same logic is being applied to panel health. Building Included Health's research panel over the past eight months was the exciting part, but managing it over time is where things get overwhelming. Mahad is now building MCP skills specifically for panel health management, so the work of maintaining a high-quality panel is as automated as everything else.
Three to four studies a week
The most direct outcome: the team behind one of Included Health's flagship products is now running three to four studies a week through this workflow. Questions that used to wait for a research slot get answered. Copy decisions, experience questions, directional calls – all of it moves faster because the infrastructure to spin up and recruit a study is no longer the bottleneck.
